The products we sell we make and use ourselves, so they are the highest quality. Here’s what to do if you don’t agree.
If you’ve placed an order by mistake, or simply want to cancel for any reason at all prior to your order shipping, please contact us via our contact page and we will cancel your order and issue a refund as soon as the robot systems allow us to.
If your order has shipped, we ask that you wait for your order to arrive and for you to evaluate the product before asking for a refund. If you really don’t want it, please contact us via our contact page within 30 days of receipt for return instructions. We will refund you the purchase price if you return any item purchased as “new” within thirty (30) days of receipt as long as the item is in new, unused, re-sellable condition. Refunds will be made to you as soon as possible (usually within 10 days) after we receive the returned item and have determined that it is indeed in refundable condition.
Shipping costs will vary by the size, weight, number of items as well as the delivery timeframe. Shipping costs are calculated in the cart, so you’ll see what you’ll be paying before committing your order. Normally we will ship via FedEx at the speed you specify when ordering. Within California we may ship using an alternate carrier, but only if we can get your order to you as fast or faster than you’ve requested.
For international shipments, please either contact us, or follow the links to our eBay store, as we like to ship via eBay’s global shipping. It makes it easy for everyone.
If you want to return a purchase, we’ll ask you to pay the shipping charges yourself, but we don’t expect that you will use expedited shipping for the return, which in most cases will be a cost savings. Again, please contact us for instruction before returning a product.
If your purchase arrives damaged, is defective, or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us via our contact page within ten (10) days of receipt or as soon as you notice the damage, defect, or incorrectness, and we will make it right as soon as we are able at no cost to you. We will likely ask you to return the defective, damaged or incorrect product as soon as possible (we’ll pay the postage), and you will have the choice at that time of a refund or a replacement.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, feel free to call or use the contact page, and we will try to help you work through the problems you’re encountering. If we determine together that the product isn’t working for you, we will allow you to return the item for a refund if this occurs within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
